Natatorium

Notes

Warm up and cool down to and from the Natatorium. Great way to warm up for the 10 miles at MP, terrible way to recover. I thought I may go hypothermic on the way back - soaked base layers from 65 degree indoor running to a windy 20 something - not good or smart.
