Notes

Plan called for 9 miles including 5 x 1000 at 5k pace (3:45/k). 2 miles to warm up, then hit the intervals, nailing them as I went, came in fast on 3 of them (I should though, because that 5k pace is a bit soft, but I'm focusing on endurance here, not speed). Dennis, Amanda and Chuck of the Canal Rats were there. Nice to have some other runners out there doing solid speed work, gets me a bit more amped.

Overall a good workout. Very warm this morning vs late last week. Over 20 degree difference from last Friday morning.
