Notes

Went home and did klahanie loop. Took 2 days off prior to this because of blister but it's doing good now. Also had some aches and pains in feet so gotta keep on the lookout for those but no big issues there yet. Rest felt nice so I was feeling good on this run and pushed the pace just a bit. Good cruising pace. Not actually sure of the time but it felt like 7:30s or under probably. Saw Dennis training, but scared he'll crush me but just gotta keep my head down and train.
