Notes

Felt pretty good. Went out and just took it real easy especially the first half and sort of zoned out and just enjoyed the run. Didn't feel like I was pushing it and I was almost actively trying to take it easy. Going to really try and do this from now on it felt really good in comparison. Even this might have been to faster i wanna take it really easy. Past couple of days felt like bit of strain in right quad and also knees have been twinging a bit. Felt the knees a bit in the middle of the run and actually the IT band a bit. Also feet kinda of hurt in the middle. Will keep an eye on everything and take it easy/off if i feel anything but nothing severe at all. All in all very happy with the run. Obviously tuckered out at the end but I definitely could have kept going. Probably could run a 8 min pace half right now. Originally planned on just 70 mins ish 35 out and back but towards end of going out just felt really good and wanted to keep going and see what was at end of the trail ish. 40.5 mins out and 37.5 mins back.
