Notes

4 miles total. .5 mile warmup then 3 mile tempo then .5 mile cool down. Did the tempo in exactly same time as last week but it felt worse. Felt slowish and sluggish at the start, didn't sleep much the night before so hopefully was a one off event. Also started out fast. Need to take the first mile slowish almost purposefully slow down.
