"Crappy 1000s. 3:15, 3:15, 3:19, 3:20. Hamstring seems to be the issue. Tightens up, mostly on turns, once I get about 100m into the intervals. No real pain, though, which I guess is good. Have an appt tomorrow @ 10:30 with Steve to check it out."
