Cavalier Open. First race in a LONG time. Felt decent for being out with an injury for so long. Just went out and tried to run hard and did ok. Ran about the same time I did last year which was good... so I guess I just need to keep working on getting back in shape. I'm not delighted or anything but hey, at least I know that I'm able to race well while not in great shape.
