Calves still really really sore but my hamstrings are feeling better. Also, I'm really sore from lifting yesterday. Owww. Oh well. On the plus side, I banged out a solid 8.5 miles and did 5xstrides and some drills afterwards to make my legs feel a little bit better. I'm contemplating running a workout tomorrow if I feel good, just to make sure I'm prepared for the race on the 8th. If I don't get the workout in, I'm not going to fret, but it would be nice to get one in ten days out. Also, I'm really trying to gain weight now so I'm eating like crazy... I hope it works. Gaining weight always seems to be impossible though...
