Notes

Met with Sevak to help him with 8x800 workout. He had already started by 6am so I didn't warm up/ stretch like I should have. Ended up doing 800m warm up, 800, 600, 400, 400, 400 with him at sub 6 min mile pace. Felt ok but back cramped after first 800 which made me shorten it up. It was a good strength building workout. Could feel it in my hips and quads.
