Notes
Back was still sore (took the day off after adjustment yesterday) so I went for a bike ride with the sunset. The smell of grass and fallen leaves was amazing and I got to see some great cabins on Lampkins Ridge Rd (hence the cabin porn name of the route, check out the awesome website for cool cabins around the world).
Upper back cramped later tonight while hanging out with Ted. Pretty troubling.
