Ran first 45 mins with Sevak and Dave, waited while they ran to their turnaround, about 35 mins, then ran back with Sevak who hit 6:45 pace for a while en route to a 7 minute mile on the Great Falls trail. It wore me out so I had to hike a hill but finished. Felt good, just humid and Sevak was pushing to get ready for his marathon.
