Ran the course at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. We cranked 6:40s despite a great late night. I surged with Gough for a mile rolling super fast just to work out some lethargy I was feeling. Team still looks good, the trip provided some great bonding experiences in spite of all of the Buschisms
