Ran on Embassy gym. Mile 1 @ 10kph or 6.2mph, Miles 2-4 @ 11kph or 6.8 mph. Ran 10 mins, stretch and water for 1-2 mins in between. Calfs and shins were swelling but back held up well.

Did glute bridges in the AM while reading on the roof.
