1 K repeats in the Arboretum. We did 8 @ 3:30-3:40 pace. Me and Meyer went sub 3:30 most of the time. Prellwitz is moving up with the faster group. The whole team is looking good, just need to get Allen healthy and Bryan and Colin mentally tougher.
