1.25 miles at 6 min pace to wear me down a bit. Picked up Ted and Atwell for
2 miles of in-n-out 400s, alternating 1:25 then 1:40 rest
that's 5:40 pace, then back to 6:40 pace to recover
I felt strong and in control. Ted and I could have moved down to 80s but the goal of the workout was to get in tune to my 5K pace for the pie run.
