Ran the first 20 mins but had to hike/jog the rest. Hot, about 110 degrees with a dry wind that sucked the moisture right out of the nose and mouth and made the throat sore. Seemed like there was less dust/haze in the air than June but the low humidity/high heat/high dust pollution takes a toll. It is hotter now than May/June and will likely stay that way through September. Early AM runs are going to be even more opportune vs night when the heat has already peaked. Need to detox from Sweden and rest up, get ready for Starbuck's wedding in October.
