3 X 400 m @ 70 sec (mile race pace) with 200 jogs in between
Cooled down, returned to run 2X 200 m @ 30 sec with Kevin
Felt good pacing with kenny on the K repeats, 400s were an after thought, was really focused on them!
I decided to jump in with Kevin as he was finishing up
Been tired lately, need to get some rest and eat a little better
Thinking of shooting for 4:45 next week at Depauw
