Alumni Run. went out in 5:43 then slowed by 10 seconds for the second mile. I felt relaxed but my back got tight on mile 3- need more core strength. Fitness is not as good as in year's past but I am still racing well. Adam White;s ('98) positive encouragement got me moving on the last 800. I was also worried that despite his bone spur he could still outkick me! Picked up people on the last 600 into the finish as I lapped a few alums/ family members. A fun day overall. Team still looks good.
