Gorgeous day to race. Freakin right side stitched again just after 1st mile. Literally stopped to stretch it twice. Regrouped and came back in miles 3-5 but I was afraid to push hard in case the stitch flared like at ISU. Starbuck and I went out at 5:27 and we could've easily held it. He ran 28:38. I missed my chance at a huge lifetime PR today and a chance to race with a good friend. I know I won't get to wear the W on my chest much longer, it hurts to know that my last few races have been hindered by this crap. Beat sheetz by 4 minutes, he sucks and is not even competition anymore.
