back hurt again after 1st set, 800s went downhill- 2:28, 2:33, 2: 42- mix of poor fitness and pain

went to chiropractor today, got readjusted and electro stimulation, iced back and did stimulation/ stretching again post-practice

12 min plank routine is rough on the shoulders
