Felt great tonight, ran with the sunset and finished right as night set in. Much cooler and less sticky than the day time temperature. I laid on the floor and did some VVIA and dozed for a half hour afterward. Woke up refreshed and had a good run. Upper back was still stinging (like a knife between/ below right shoulder blade) but lower back cooperated. Really happy with my pace. I had a bit of a stitch and stopped to walk a bit when I had to crap but overall a great run.
