2X (1mile tempo, 200 interval, 200 jog, 200 fast, 400)
Miles were supposed to be at 5:44, went 5:30
200s were @ 36, 34
Back cramped really hard, 1st 200 of second set sucked (39) then went 32 for fast 200
Starting Monday I am going to cut mileage back to 40-45 to rest up and to prepare for final shot at the mile.
After spring break I will bump back up.
