13X600 @ 2:05-2:10 pace with 200m jog recovery. Short recovery time wore me down, quads were still sore from the weekend. Fell off after #6, just tried to tempo 4 loops after that. Coach had me take one off to regroup and I was able to finish the last 3 behind Kenny and Brian.
