Back did not hurt, shins cooperated. Was able to push cardio and only hiked a couple areas.
I have noticed a significant reduction in pain around the device in my back. My spinal erector muscles have not been overly sore/ cramping as they used to be before the stimulation began. Hoping this trend continues and indicates the brain is re-engaging the multifidus muscles.
