Hammered an early AM run with Amit, Marvis, and new guy Taryl. Ran hard to try to get to work on time to open the consular section at 7. Took breaks at our usual spots but not as long. Was out of energy toward the end, mix of heat, dry air, sleep pattern, and wine the night before. But a good effort and a solid run.
