Did two miles of tempo on the dirt track at the Sporting Club
6 min mile, 7 min mile rest, 1.5 min stretch, 6 min mile, 7 min rest
Was up late last night and slept late today but didn't eat all day before running
This cold is dragging on too
I was worn out on the way home, but if I keep it up all summer, I should be fit for Cross
2 workouts a week, with hills on easy days and a long run should make the weeks fly by
