Lindsay wanted to run at Bridle Trails so I postponed the 400s until next week and did 11x30sec w/ 2:00 recovery instead. This was probably a better reintroduction to fast running anyway. According to the watch the intervals were mostly in the 4:50-5:00 pace range and the recoveries were around 7:00-7:30. It was on trails with turns and hills so I'm not too worried about the pace. My hamstrings are sore. It's officially time to make sure I do some speed every week, which means two workouts (or one long one) if I want to do race pace stuff too.
