I hurt my right heel playing basketball last Wednesday/Thursday and haven't been able to run since. I tried today but its still not ready so I lifted weights instead. This is especially annoying because I feel like I've made some progress with my fitness lately. If I can go on Friday I shouldn't be TOO bad off but if it stretches to like two weeks the spring season is more or less a wash considering school will get busy again soon. In summary, arggg.
