4.5 mile "long run". Since I have not been running much lately, this is my long run distance. It was my second run with my Garmin 220 - this time with the HRM. The HRM synced up with the watch super fast and the GPS satellites also connected fast again. Awesome! It was a bit chilly but I still was able to run without gloves and a hat (and still in shorts). I had a little discomfort in my knee this morning - I think it may be time to switch shoes.
