4 mile easy run on the treadmill. I decided not to "tough it out" and run in the 26 degree weather and instead ran on the treadmill at the community fitness room. Set the treadmill to 1% incline and 5.5 mph and bumped up to 5.6 mph with a mile to go. This is the farthest I have run in a while (definitely since I had my ear infection). I will need to get acclimated to the cold and run outside soon.
