Speedwork on treadmill - started with 1 mile easy at 5.7 mph and did intervals of .25, .5, .5 miles at 7.0 mph with .25 miles of recovery at 5.7mph in between. I would have done more but I was feeling very gassy/acid reflux-y and didn't feel I could push it longer.
