Treadmill

Notes

First interval run in a long time. Treadmill at the gym in Tyson's Corner before work. Set the 'mill to 1% incline. Easy runs at 5.4 mph and quarter mile intervals at 6.5 mph. I did intervals after 1 mile, .75 mile, .5 mile and .25 mile. Not too hard of a workout, but we'll see how my body recovers...that has been the issue for me over the past year - recovery!
