LifeFitness treadmill. Incline 1.5%. Warmup 1/2 mile of 5.0 to 5.5. Pace of run between 5.5 and 5.7 mph.

At 3 miles I held onto the HR sensors to check heart rate and it was 146 bpm...not really an "average" reading, but it was good to see that my HR was not too high.
