Easy run around the lake. It started raining just as I got out to run - the rain felt nice since it was already in the mid-70s and humid. 3.2 miles at 10:19/mile pace with 151bpm avg hr. I was planning to do another 3 mile run later today, but I may not be able to due to some scheduling issues. I hope I can get out there to do my two-a-day run!
