"Long" easy run....my longest run since March 14 (before the work craziness set in). I was able to keep my HR in the 150s - although it's still a bit too high for a long run. It will be a few weeks before I can get these runs to be mostly in the 140s (or I'll have to slow down considerably)
Next week I will try to run at least 3 times...and keep it up through the Spring and Summer!
