Finally a little bit of speed in my workout! Finally got my behind out of bed and outside for a tempo workout. I originally was thinking of 4 miles, but decided to cut into the neighborhood at Kentlands Blvd to make it a bit under 3.5. I struggled to keep this pace up (OK...I haven't done speedwork in well over a month), so I'm a little concerned about the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler next month as I was hoping to average an 8:30 to 9:00/mile pace during that race.
It's time to buckle down and get training!
