Interval workout on gym treadmill. Set treadmill to 1% incline. Started with an easy mile at 5.5 mph and the did speed intervals at 7.0 mph of .25, .5, .75 and then 1.0 miles with a quarter mile recovery at 5.5mph. Full workout was 5.0 miles at 9:45/mi average pace.
