Treadmill run. 1% incline. Started at 5.0 mph and bumped up 0.2 mph each quarter mile for the first mile. Then bumped up 0.1 mph each quarter mile until I reached 3 miles. The last mile I ran at 6.3 mph until 3.5 miles and then down to 6.2 mph.
