My longest run in months!!! My goals were a) to finish a run around 7 miles, b) keep my core muscles activated as much as possible and c) keep my HR down as much as possible. I was able to do a and b, but I could not keep my HR down today - even in the early miles. Today's run felt like I was going uphill about 80% of the time (even though it is a loop so it's a net-0 incline route...)
Anyhow, it feels good to have run over 7 miles again. Keep on ramping up baby!!
