Saturday morning "long" run of 5.5 miles. Since I only ran twice this week for a total of 6 miles, I couldn't go too long. It was also my first run outside this week due to the cold weather. Wind chill was under 30 degrees when I stepped out of my house this morning, but I was bundled up in Mizuno BreathThermo shirt and gloves so I wasn't that cold on my run. My HR was a bit high - this happens to me in the winter a lot since I am running a bit faster during the first mile to warm up and by then my HR is already elevated. I'll have to work on this a bit over the next few weeks.
