Notes

Interval workout on hotel treadmill. Incline 1.0%. First mile at 5.7 mph and then 1/4mi intervals at 7.0mph with 5.7mph recoveries. It was my first time running "fast" in a month so it was nice to get the rust off. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be running faster and/or more intervals in these workouts!
