Ran the Kentlands 5K course without the lake part since it was still dark outside. It is finally cool again (55 degrees) but rainy with a little wind. I can do this type of weather now, but 10 to 15 degrees cooler will be really tough. Even though it is a safe neighborhood, I don't like going "off-road" alone in the dark. It ended up being 2.4 miles - I would have like to have run 3 miles, but for ramping back up it's not bad. My splits were very consistent - 10:28 and 10:29 - very cool!
