Beautiful morning for a run! Low humidity and 63 degrees. This was my first morning run in over two weeks. My ankle and knee both felt very good and no discomfort. I'm hoping it stays this way! I will try a Saturday morning run this weekend and if all is well I hope to get back to 3 runs/week next week.
