Chilly run this morning - and I dressed for it. My jacket, tights, gloves and a beanie. It may have been overkill, but I was dreading the first mile or two where I knew I'd be freezing. I was almost ready to stop at about 4 miles but pushed myself to keep going...by the time I was past the 5 mile mark I felt I could have run another 5 miles This is the third week in a row where I have run four times in a week - I'll take that as a trend. I'll try to start to increase my mileage now and get to some 20-25 mile weeks instead of 15-17 miles weeks.
