Easy long run. The great thing about this run is that my HR was in the high-140s to low 150s for the entire run (avg HR of 152bpm). More recently, my HR would be at this level until mile 3 and then it would start to rise...this is a good sign that my endurance is coming back! I had stopped my Garmin to blow my nose at one point and thought I had turned it back on...but a little later I looked at my watch (around the time I should have seen my 3 mile split) and saw that I had not started it again. Luckily, I know the route that I ran really well and calculated that I missed 0.6 miles and based on the pace I was running, I probably missed 6:30 in time. So...I didn't sync my Garmin for this entry...it's all manual.
