De-stressing run after work in Ft Washington, PA. From hotel to Mondauk Commons (2 mi) - around the park once (1 mi) and back to the hotel (2 mi). When I got to the park, it started to rain a bit. Half the sky was still sunny and the other half had dark gray clouds - and a full double rainbow. I had to stop and admire all of the colors (about 20 different shades of blue and purple...amazing!). On the way back, a car got too close to me on the one short stretch of the route to and from the park that did not have a sidewalk - the song on my iPod at that time was "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger..." - well said!
