Quick easy run to the lake and back at lunchtime. First time I have run in 3 weeks due to travel and being sick. Only ran 1.75 mi but it was enough to work up a bit of a sweat - and come up with an idea for an issue I'm having at work! For those who see my mid-day runs and ask "why isn't he working?", I have to say some of my best ideas come to me while running.
