Really surprised and happy with how that went. Ran the first half with Stephanie at a very controlled pace, told myself to take it easy and walk the hills and through water stations in second half, but found that walking made me cramp up a bit and it was much easier to run. Last 6 miles absolutely booked it because I could and it felt great. Stomach was 100%, energy was shockingly good considering my cold. Perfect! Really only aimed for like 4:20 max, so hopefully this bodes well for actually racing Philly in November!
