10' w/u straight into 6x 4' on/ 3' easy then c/d
Didn't feel that great during these, but apparently I wasn't TOO off pace for most of them. These were supposed to be at 8k effort, and I just ran 6:08 pace on Saturday, so by those standards, a good workout? Got dropped by the pack pretty bad during the 4th pick up, so that made it a bit hard to push. Felt a little sore from Tuesday, but still feel like I should have had a better day. Alright workout I guess
