Ok run with Paul and TyGu. We were going pretty slow for the first 15' or so min (over 7:30 pace I think?) and then tried to pick up the pace once we turned onto Farrell. Hills along that road back held the pace back a bit, but we were still able to speed it up a bit. Looking to bring the miles up this week.
